Set aside 24 hours for the Lord!
These 24-hour retreats are an invitation for women to encounter the sacred amid our often busy and loud lives. It is encouraged to attend as a 'solo' attendee, not necessarily with a group or with friends, so that you can enter into the experience that Jesus wants for YOU. These are not 'silent retreats' but a spirit of solitude and quietness is encouraged in order to better listen to the Lord. You may be stretched outside your comfort zone, and that will be okay! Housing and meals are simple but sufficient. Prayer time will be plentiful!
This guided retreat experience includes:
— Talks, reflections, guided prayer, worship & adoration
— Plenty of time for silence, personal prayer and journaling
— Optional prayer ministry and/or spiritual conversations
— One night lodging*, three meals, coffee/tea and refreshments
— Rest, peace, hospitality and time for you and the Lord!
2026 Theme: EPHPHATHA ~ That is…Be Opened!
“He took him off by himself away from the crowd. He put his finger into the man’s ears and, spitting, touched his tongue; then he looked up to heaven and groaned, and said to him, “Ephphatha!” (that is, “Be opened!”) And immediately the man’s ears were opened, his speech impediment was removed, and he spoke plainly.” Mark 7:33-35.

Stefania brings over 20 years of nationwide ministry experience to Emptied & Filled. Throughout her journey ministering to teens, young adults, mothers, and families, her mission has remained clear: sharing the life-changing love of Jesus Christ with contagious joy and deep peace.
As a leader, Stefania weaves together her gifts of music, prayer, faith-sharing, and storytelling to make the Gospel come alive. She possesses a profound passion for evangelization and personal prayer, always striving to create spaces where others can have their own transformative encounter with Christ. Through these intimate 24-hour retreats, Stefania is honored to walk alongside women who give everything, helping them empty the noise of the world so they can be filled by the heart of Jesus.

As women, we give so much — it is in our nature to care for others, nurture and serve. It is a beautiful part of our calling to serve others! Sometimes, though, we need to take a moment for ourselves to step away to listen to the Lord and be filled. These retreats are designed to be an accessible option for women to get away even if for just a short moment — to make space to recharge and renew — so that you can get back to doing whatever it is you are called to with a full heart and a peaceful spirit.
